What is new in L/C Wizard v1.5?
   * Playback Rate Control -  Now you can adjust L/C Wizard's playback rate of wave sections from 50% to 150% of normal speed.
   * Playback Level Meter -  We have added an audio playback level meter, which shows you the current audio output level.
   * Show/Hide Original Text - You are able to compare your transcription with the  original text.
   * Sizable Transcription screen window - L/C Wizard's Transcription screen has a new sizable window frame.
   * New and bigger buttons -  We have also introduced new buttons for the fine-tuning  functions. Buttons and panels have been made lager than before.
   * Font for Transcription - Of course, you can choose font's type and size of the transcription edit box.
   * 2 Wave Section Partitioning Parameters -  For better partitioning results, you can adjust the values of the two parameters with which L/C Wizard partitions  audio files into wave sections.
   * Setup Program -  With this program, it becomes easy to install L/C Wizard
into your hard disk and run L/C Wizard.

What is L/C Wizard?  L/C Wizard is a Windows95/98/NT(32Bit) application that helps you develop your listeninng & speaking skill in foreign languages. e.g. English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.  Basically, L/C Wizard records human voice or music from your audio tapes and compact disks into wave files, and provides you with a convenient means to transcribe audio recordings into text.

L/C Wizard let you partition a wave file into wave sections and then play them in loops with the parameters which designate loop count, playback interval, and playback rate.  For anyone who has to learn how to listen to and how to speak foreign languages efficiently and comfortably.  Especially for students & teachers of foreign languages.  Learners won't have to wrestle any more with cassette players, pencils and notebooks to transcribe recordings during foreign language drills.
